Before You Order
- Orders that have been confirmed and paid for cannot be cancelled or returned. As our products are perishable, we're unable to accept items back once they've left our bakehouse.
- All baked goods are made by hand, so colors and details may vary slightly from the photos shown. Our images are guides, not exact representations.
- We recommend arranging a private vehicle for transporting your cake home. Once your order leaves our premises, Merced Bakehouse is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.

Payment & Pick-up reminders
- Kindly read our Store Policies before checking out. By ordering, you agree to be bound by our terms.
- For payments, we have BPI/BDO bank transfer or Gcash. All prices are VAT inc.
- Your order will be ready within 1-2 days after payment is confirmed.
- For cakes and chilled treats, a 4 wheeler is recommended rather than a motorcycle.
- For other treats, book a motorcycle with an insulated box.
- The actual product may differ from what you see on the screen. Images are intended as guides only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

Payment & Pick-up
- Full payment is required to confirm your order. Once payment is received, our team will reach out via Viber to confirm your booking.
- Pick-up times vary by branch — Merced EDSA is available from 10am, while Merced Novaliches is available from 2pm. Select your preferred pick-up location and date upon checkout.
- Please wait for our message confirming your order is ready before arranging transport. We'll let you know as soon as it's good to go.
