- Orders that have been confirmed and paid for cannot be cancelled or returned. As our products are perishable, we're unable to accept items back once they've left our bakehouse.
- All baked goods are made by hand, so colors and details may vary slightly from the photos shown. Our images are guides, not exact representations.
- We recommend arranging a private vehicle for transporting your cake home. Once your order leaves our premises, Merced Bakehouse is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
Extra icing for patrons who have a sweet tooth! The 300g icing can be added directly to the cake or placed on a paper plate with a plastic cover.

Payment & Pick-up
Payment & Pick-up
- Full payment is required to confirm your order. Once payment is received, our team will reach out via Viber to confirm your booking.
- Pick-up times vary by branch — Merced EDSA is available from 10am, while Merced Novaliches is available from 2pm. Select your preferred pick-up location and date upon checkout.
- Please wait for our message confirming your order is ready before arranging transport. We'll let you know as soon as it's good to go.
