Before You Order

  • Orders that have been confirmed and paid for cannot be cancelled or returned. As our products are perishable, we're unable to accept items back once they've left our bakehouse.
  • All baked goods are made by hand, so colors and details may vary slightly from the photos shown. Our images are guides, not exact representations.
  • We recommend arranging a private vehicle for transporting your cake home. Once your order leaves our premises, Merced Bakehouse is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.

The ube hopia was invented in the 1980s and it was traditionally sold as a holiday treat. At Merced, we offer our flake ube hopias all year-round. Best paired with Pancit Canton.

Payment & Pick-up reminders

  • Kindly read our Store Policies before checking out. By ordering, you agree to be bound by our terms.
  • For payments, we have BPI/BDO bank transfer or Gcash. All prices are VAT inc.
  • Your order will be ready within 1-2 days after payment is confirmed. 
  • For cakes and chilled treats, a 4 wheeler is recommended rather than a motorcycle. 
  • For other treats, book a motorcycle with an insulated box.
  • The actual product may differ from what you see on the screen. Images are intended as guides only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. 

    Payment & Pick-up

    • Full payment is required to confirm your order. Once payment is received, our team will reach out via Viber to confirm your booking.
    • Pick-up times vary by branch — Merced EDSA is available from 10am, while Merced Novaliches is available from 2pm. Select your preferred pick-up location and date upon checkout.
    • Please wait for our message confirming your order is ready before arranging transport. We'll let you know as soon as it's good to go.
