- As our products are perishable, orders that have been confirmed and paid for cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
- All baked goods are made by hand, so colors and details may vary slightly from the photos shown. Our images are guides, not exact representations.
- Since we have a shared baking facility, our food may come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, nuts, and chocolate.
- We recommend arranging a private vehicle for transporting your cake home. Once your order leaves our premises, Merced Bakehouse is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
Payment & Pick-up Reminders
- All cakes are made & decorated by hand so the color of the actual product may differ from what you see on the screen. Images are intended as guides only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
- Kindly read our Store Policies before checking out. By ordering, you agree to be bound by our terms.
- For payments, we have BPI/BDO bank transfer or Gcash. All prices are VAT inc.
- Your order will be ready within 2 days after payment is confirmed.
- For cakes, a 4 wheeler is recommended rather than a motorcycle.

- Full payment is required to confirm your order. Once payment is received, our team will reach out via Viber to confirm your booking.
- Pick-up times vary by branch — Merced EDSA is available from 10am, while Merced Novaliches is available from 2pm. Select your preferred pick-up location and date upon checkout. Please do not check out without these details.
- Wait for our message confirming your order is ready before arranging transport. We'll let you know as soon as it's good to go.

If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out as soon as possible.
- Send us photos right away so we can assess the concern
- The cake must be substantially intact (at least 80% uneaten) to be eligible
- Returns must be initiated by the day after pickup, at the latest
- Approved refunds are issued as store credit, which may be used for any future order
