• As our products are perishable, orders that have been confirmed and paid for cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
• All baked goods are made by hand, so colors and details may vary slightly from the photos shown. Our images are guides, not exact representations.
• Since we have a shared baking facility, our food may come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, nuts, and chocolate.
• We recommend arranging a private vehicle for transporting your cake home. Once your order leaves our premises, Merced Bakehouse is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.

• Full payment is required to confirm your order. Once payment is received, our team will reach out via Viber to confirm your booking.
• Pick-up times vary by branch — Merced EDSA is available from 10am, while Merced Novaliches is available from 2pm. Select your preferred pick-up location and date upon checkout. Please do not check out without these details.
• Wait for our message confirming your order is ready before arranging transport. We'll let you know as soon as it's good to go.

• The cake must be substantially intact (at least 80% uneaten) to be eligible
• Returns must be initiated by the day after pickup, at the latest
• Approved refunds are issued as store credit, which may be used for any future order
